SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Keto Fresh®. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

Domestic Shipping Policy:

  • Shipment processing time for all orders are within 2 - 4 business days.
  • Orders are processed and shipped/delivered during the business working days only. Make note that Public holidays and weekends we don’t process or ship.
  • When we experience a high volume of orders, shipments might be delayed by a few days. In such event, please allow additional days for the orders in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Delays due to natural calamities, will be updated in our Keto Fresh® website if the processing time exceeds more than 7 working day.
  • Your orders are handled and delivered by Shiprocket.in.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout which is handled by Shiprocket.in.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been accepted, processed and shipped with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within­­­­ 48 hours.
  • in will take responsibility with us to pick up the product from our location and until it reaches the customers location.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

  • All Customs, Duties and Taxes (tariffs, taxes, GST, customs duty etc) applicable/imposed during or after shipping your order is the responsibility of the customer. Keto Fresh®   or Shiprocket.in is not liable for the same.

Damages:

  • Keto Fresh® is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping/transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

  • We currently ship pan India; specific products may be shipped Internationally as per the requirement of the customer, provided Shiprocket.in (delivery service provider) has service to the location requested.

Mode of Payment:

  • You can choose between various payments options while placing an order on the Website.
  • You agree to use your own debit/credit card or bank details for transaction. We would not be responsible for misuse of your card after all the security checks are verified.
  • You agree that the methods of payment maybe updated from time to time on the Website. You agree to review the same and use our Website and suitable payment option accordingly.

Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about the return of the product
  • Refunds shall be done only through Original Mode of Payment.
  • The refund shall be made after deduction of the shipping and the taxes paid in regard to the purchased product by the customer.
  • The refund shall be made only after Keto Fresh™ has verified that the complaint or queries of the customer is genuine.
  • The refund shall me made within 2-4 business days after verification and proved to be legitimate claim.
